PaymentWe accept payment by Visa Debit, Visa Credit, and Mastercard online via Paypal using the latest SSL encrypted technology, if you are having any trouble when processing payments please phone us and we will help you.

All transactions are shown in £ sterling.

Order and Delivery: The following postal charges will be added automatically to your order.

UK  1st Class Royal Mail/ 2nd Class Royal Mail for small value orders under £35.

FREE STANDARD UK DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS 

1st Class signed for extra £1.50

1st Class Guaranteed Next Day from £4.95 ( Not including Saturday delivery, Orders placed Thursday pm/Friday will be delivered Monday). Some days due to work commitments this service will be unavailable. 

We are not responsible for any delays during delivery.

Overseas Orders Post Brexit, Please Note we are unable to ship to Europe after 1st July 2021 due to new Vat Regulations

The buyer is responsible for all import costs relating to overseas orders including Import Duty and Vat.

All orders are normally dispatched within 3 working days. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order with an order number. The order number will enable you to check the status of your order and should be used in any enquiries that you have.

The products and prices displayed on our website are for viewing and for the opportunity to purchase. We reserve the right to change or withdraw any product displayed on the website, we also reserve the right to withdraw from any order due to any pricing errors.

Returns and Exchanges: We will accept cancellation of you order up to the point of dispatch and we will refund any payments made by you in full within 14 days.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it in perfect, unused condition with the original packaging and labels attached within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price of the item (Return postage payable by the buyer and customer's responsibility until it is received by us). Orders returned after 9th January will be processed 26th January as the offices will be closed. We will not refund any items that have been returned damaged, washed or dry cleaned.

Carriage charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty or have been sent incorrectly by us.

For exchanged items please return the original item for a refund and re-order your new item online, however please note that you are responsible for the cost of the return postage.

For Gift Refunds please email us at office@jjfashions.co.uk or telephone us on 07843 812555 and we will arrange the refund on the receipt of the item to the original purchaser, we will need the number from your despatch note to authorise the refund, however please note that you are responsible for the cost of the return postage.
Christmas Gift Returns will be accepted until 9th January 2024.
